Must be able to dedicate 1-2 hours a week to review submissions. Previous editing experience is not necessary, though we prefer people who genuinely enjoy reading and writing poetry.Â
Must be able to dedicate 1-2 hours a week to read and edit submissions. No previous experience is needed. But candidates should be skilled in spotting grammatical errors and typos.
Role begins during the final 1-2 months prior to publication. No prior experience needed. Responsibilities include proofing the final layout against the original manuscript, checking for layout consistency, correcting minor typos and omissions.
Social Media Graphic Designers
Note for Applicants
Should dedicate 1-2 hours a week. Must be comfortable in using Canva, Figma or any other design platform. No AI should be used to design posts. Make sure to familiarize yourself with the style of our previous Instagram posts.
We are an independent, volunteer-run project, not a registered non-profit organization.
We are happy to sign off school/ university volunteer hours. But volunteers are required to maintain their own log hours.
Recommendation letters are available upon request after completing 6 months of active contribution.
Selected applicants are required to complete an editing/design assignment prior to final onboarding.
